In order to use the LiveChat, your computer must allow PopUp windows, cookies, Javascripts
and have Java, a special program from Sun Microsystems, installed and enabled on your computer.

Java capability for mobile devices is integrated by the device manufacturers.
You need to check with your device manufacturer about availability of this technology in your device.
KVM, the virtual machine for mobile devices, is the counterpart of JVM (Java virtual machine).
It is used to run applets and applications written with Java technology on mobile devices.
KVM must be installed by the manufacturer. It is NOT available for download or installation by consumers.

On computers and laptops, if a popup window did NOT open then you may have PopUps blocked in your browser
or a Popup Blocker installed. For instructions on how to enabled PopUps from our site in your browser,
proceed with the System Check below or check documentation for any installed products
to determine how to allow popups from this site.

If you were unable to access the new chat room because the PopUp window loaded but
saw a white box with a Red "X", a message bar for a missing Active X Control or a message which said
to "Click here to download plugin" that means you need to install the newest version
of Java from Sun Microsystems

If you have installed Java, and have PopUps allowed from our site and are still having problems,
it may be because you do not have Javascripts and/or cookies enabled in your browser.
